Summer Storage Agreement and Waiver

$125 Per Person/Due at time of Signing Storage Agreement

By signing this document you will waive certain legal rights, including the right to sue.
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

AWARENESS AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK

I acknowledge that LMG has advised me to obtain renters insurance for my personal property and advised me to not store any items in the basement area of the property.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY, WAIVER OF CLAIMS AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT

1. To waive any and all claims that I may have in the future against LMG, its officers, agents, or representatives.
2. To release LMG for any and all liability for any and all such damage that may occur to my personal property while stored in its property.
3. To hold harmless and indemnify LMG from any and all liability for any damage to my personal property resulting from its storage during the summer in its property.
4. That this agreement is binding not only upon myself but my next of kin, heirs, executors, administrators and assigns.

I HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT AND UNDERSTAND IT. I AM AWARE THAT BY SIGNING THIS DOCUMENT I AM WAIVING CERTAIN RIGHTS WHICH I OR MY NEXT OF KIN, HEIRS, EXECUTORS, ADMINISTRATORS, AND ASSIGNS MAY HAVE AGAINST LMG AND OTHERS.
