GUARANTOR: By execution, hereof, the undersigned Guarantor agrees that they will assume and be responsible for the rental payment and all charges assessed under the terms of the Residential Housing Agreement with Legacy Management Group, including unpaid rent, additional rent, damages, cleaning charges, and/or any charges whatsoever which are incurred by the Tenant named below.
