We own a diverse selection of housing located throughout the City of Frostburg and close to the campus of Frostburg State University. We have over 40 locations with 57 different apartments and houses with accommodations for almost 200 students. Many of our properties are historic homes that have been updated with modern amenities. Legacy Student Housing was the first student rental housing company in Frostburg to offer 24 hour maintenance and we are proud to have a full-time maintenance staff that is available seven days per week.
